Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Hcorp Ltd (Business ID / Y-tunnus 2789048-8), Finland. For anything related to this notice or your personal data, use the contact form on this site. Hcorp Ltd's official registered details are available from the Finnish Business Information System (ytj.fi) under the Business ID above.

What is collected, and why

Contact form inquiries. When you submit the contact form, Hcorp receives the details you provide (name, email, company, role, inquiry type, message) together with the submission time and your IP address, which is included for abuse prevention. This information is used solely to assess and respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is taking steps prior to a possible contract at your request, and Hcorp's legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and preventing abuse of the form.

Website analytics. This site uses minimal, self-hosted, server-side analytics. Each page view records the page path, the referring site's hostname, the browser user agent, any campaign parameters in the link you followed, and a pseudonymized identifier derived from your IP address (a salted one-way hash — the IP address itself is not stored). There are no analytics cookies, no third-party analytics services, and no tracking across visits. The legal basis is Hcorp's legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used and keeping it secure.

Outreach records. When Hcorp contacts a prospective client directly (for example on LinkedIn), it may record basic professional details — name, role, company, LinkedIn profile, email, and notes on relevance — and whether a personalised link to this site was visited. This information comes from public professional profiles or from direct interaction. The legal basis is Hcorp's legitimate interest in business-to-business development. You can object to this at any time, and the record will be deleted.

Cookies

This website does not set cookies for visitors, and it does not use local storage or similar client-side identifiers. The only cookie used on the site is a session cookie on password-protected administration pages used by Hcorp itself. The contact page embeds Cloudflare Turnstile for spam protection, which operates under Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Who else processes the data

Data is processed by service providers acting on Hcorp's behalf: the website's hosting provider, the email provider used to deliver contact form messages, and Cloudflare (spam protection on the contact page). Fonts and all other site assets are served directly from hcorp.fi. Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, transfers rely on recognised safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses. Hcorp does not sell or share personal data for advertising.

How long data is kept

• Contact form inquiries: up to 24 months after the last contact, unless the inquiry leads to an engagement — in that case related correspondence is retained as part of the client relationship and for as long as Finnish accounting and contract-law obligations require.
• Outreach records: up to 24 months after the last interaction, or immediately upon objection.
• Analytics and technical logs: at most 24 months from collection.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to the personal data Hcorp holds about you, ask for corrections or deletion, ask for processing to be restricted, and object to processing based on legitimate interest — including direct outreach. To use these rights, send a request via the contact form (select "Other" as the inquiry type). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Finnish supervisory authority, the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).

No automated decision-making

This site does not use personal data for automated decision-making or profiling.

If the way this site handles personal data changes, this notice will be updated and the date above revised.
